Q:  What if I purchase a duplicate item?

A: If you happen to purchase a duplicate item and notify me with in 3-5 days of the purchase. Provide me with proof of purchase via Paypal transaction number. You can have another design of the same value.

Q: What if I purchase a file then find out it's too big for my hoops later or has too many color changes?

A: Each file has it's size along with stitch count from the DST formated file. Make sure it will fit BEFORE the purchase. NO refund will be honored if you purchase a file that doesn't fit your hoop size(s). If color changes affect your machine ask BEFORE your purchase what the color change count it.

Q: Why are so many files large and very few 4 x 4 sizes?

A: On several of my files I try to digitize details. This is my choice.  The smaller you get the fewer the details.

Q: What formats do you offer?

A: When digitizing I save as a DST, PES, HUS & JEF. Not all files can be save as a JEF. JEF is usually the smaller sized files.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We currently accept PayPal for electronic payments. Each page also has a Teddy Bear which will bring up a PDF form for U.S. Mail orders.
